we support and seek justice for people affected by islamophobia

If you have been a victim of Islamophobia, speak to us in confidence.

Report Islamophobia

We exist because Islamophobia exists. We are an independent charity established in response to rising anti-Muslim attacks across Europe and a growing tide of anti-Muslim sentiment.

We assist people who have been subjected to Islamophobic hate crimes, hate incidents and discrimination. We provide a platform for victims to confidentially report their experiences and receive legal support, basic emotional support, and access to other referral agencies.

“The situation and effects of the discrimination has left me mentally crippled. I am still under GP care, on medication and trying to cope with the complexity of the situation. I can't see a way out without professional legal assistance so your help is like a lifeline for me at the moment .”

“Without this support, I would not have been able to achieve such a positive outcome. At all times I was given clear guidance and advice on the timelines and practicalities of my case, which I am truly thankful for. Not only did IRU help me achieve what I had wanted from the outset, they also provided me with peace of mind during this difficult time which was invaluable .”

“I just wanted to drop you a message with an update [ ...] After four hearings, finally the employment tribunal ruled in my favour and upheld the claims of victimisation and harassment from the company and awarded me good compensation. Thank you for your team's support in the initial stages and helping me with the without prejudice letter and explaining the next steps and how the process worked. It was a very long one but now I'm very happy to have achieved some justice .”
